The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the maintenance team by handling data entry, scheduling, and facilitating communication with tenants, vendors, and internal maintenance personnel. This position involves managing all incoming maintenance personnel. This position involves managing all incoming maintenance-related calls, tasks, and emails. 

Our Administrative Assistants Are Responsible For -

  • Task/Work Order Management 
  • Scheduling (Turnover, Work Order, Inspections)
  • Material/Supplies Ordering

The Maintenance Technician is tasked with fulfilling all assigned work orders, preparing units for new tenants, and performing general property upkeep, all while adhering to Tenant First quality standards. 

Our Maintenance Technicians Are Responsible For -

  • Knowledge and performance of handy man duties to include: Drywall patching/repair, taping and texture, knock down, painting, caulking, grouting, nailing, adjusting, assembling, and measuring
  • Documents all contact with tenants, and establishes a record of such a documentation within property management software
  • Provides input/feedback to improve products, scopes of work, quality, quantities, cost reductions, and system efficiency improvements

  • Marketing; Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies to Attract New Tenants, Promote New Projects, and Engage in Content for Social Media Platforms
  • Inspections; Enforce Inspection Policies, Create Inspection Reports, and Issue Violation Notices
  • Customer Care 

Sales Assistants support the Sales Executives in daily interactions with customers. Plays an active role in the new home sales process, when the Sales Executive is unavailable, and guides them to an ultimate goal of home ownership. 

Our Sales Assistants Are Responsible For -

  • Customer Experience
  • Support Sales Executive 
  • Obtain Role Specific Training
  • Setting Customer Appointments
  • Job Site Signage (Placing signs such as "lot taken", "lot available", etc.)
