After working as a Sales Assistant in our Brentwood community in Waco for two years, we are thrilled to announce that Lacy Warburton has been promoted to our newest Online Sales Specialist position! Tanner Brewster has held this position all by himself for as long as we have had an Online Sales Specialist, but as Stylecraft has grown, so has our need for another amazing online specialist! Lacy’s job is to take care of those who are searching the web and have inquiries about our homes. She can provide floor plan information and additional features, assist in narrowing down community choices, and schedule appointments for new prospects with our on-site Sales Executives. She is your personal New Home Specialist for Central Texas!
Lacy grew up with the saying “Home is where the anchor drops.” With her father being a Chief in the Navy, Lacy’s family moved every couple of years. She has lived from Chicago to all over California to New Orleans, so it’s hard for her to say exactly where she grew up. Lacy now calls Waco home along with her husband of six years, Matthew, and their son.

Lacy says the thing she loves most about living in Central Texas, and Texas in general, is the people. “They are always happy to see you, and willing to help. Throughout Central Texas, whether you are in Waco, Temple, or Killeen, you are offered a city experience with a hometown-feel. And with more mom and pop shops and family owned eateries, you can’t help but always feel at home, no matter where you are.” Additionally, Lacy says she and her husband love the easy access to all of the major arenas for music festivals and concerts.
When Lacy isn’t in mommy or work-mode, she enjoys oil painting, doing charcoal portraits, and spending time with their two dogs, Diesel and Missy, and cat, Iron.
