Stylecraft Sales Process Update

As noted in previous updates; It is of the utmost importance to us that we provide clear and honest updates to all of you in regard to how we're having to adjust our processes in order to keep up with the demands this market has brought our industry. It's important to note that the demands are not limited to the sheer volume of people, like yourselves, looking for a new home. The new home building industry has been tremendously impacted by material shortages and costs. While we at Stylecraft feel the impact in many ways - the most important affect that concerns us is the impact it has had on you. Price increases, multiple selection changes, unknown timelines, and more: these are all realities that many of you have likely experienced while on your new home journey. This is the experience for most buyers across the nation as well. Our mission at Stylecraft is and always will be to provide the best possible customer experience. Therefore, we have had to shift our sales model in order to better serve you, our customer.

We have to move to inventory only sales. What does this mean?

Well, it means that we can provide more accurate pricing. It means that we can give better estimates for move-in timeframes. It means we have a higher chance of verifying material orders to reduce changes in selections. It means less time waiting for your home. It means a better, more transparent experience.

How will this look?

We will not release a home for sale until it has hit a certain stage in construction. Our website will be updated every Monday with Coming Soon listings. Emails will also be sent out, alerting you of listings preparing to hit the market. Once the home is ready to sell, we will begin accepting offers on Thursdays. Again, our website will be updated, and emails will be sent. Offers will be accepted through Sunday, 5pm CST. All offers submitted during this time will be considered. To start an offer, visit the listing on our website - there will be a pop-up or button on the page to "Start an Offer," and when we receive this, your instructions will be sent via email.

Are we still open for appointments?

Yes. We are still accepting appointments; both for informational purposes (more general, and focused on who we are and what it means to be in the Stylecraft Family), and on specific homes as they are at the stage we deem ready to sell as either "Coming Soon" or "Active".

Is there a way we can know what's coming up before it's listed as Coming Soon?

No. It's imperative that we provide accurate information, and the only way we can do so is to provide the information once we have reached the pre-determined stage of construction.
